(EE): EARLY EXECUTIVES
A play on words, “EE” is an abbreviation that reflects an “Employee” or the “Employee Experience” in an organization. The program we’re launching is tailored for new grads entering the workforce, and/or new leaders interested in creating a roadmap toward Executive succession.
This program will prepare you in building a career that will support your transition out of entry-level roles (which are becoming automated or replaced with Al), to building the steps toward Executive leadership.
Today, these ‘0-5 years of experience’ roles are necessary to develop operational excellence, which is a core leadership competency. However, in 5-10 years, when AI will be completing this tactical work, leaders missing this experience and skillset will leave a serious gap in the workforce.
Your entry-level positions will end up preparing you for the future leadership roles needed in companies across the globe. These current roles are teaching you how organizations actually function; how judgment is built; and how mistakes are corrected, applied and learned from - versus simply upgrading an AI model.
