WHAT IS A 3 PILLAR STRATEGY? 


  1. Start at the finish line;
  2. Build in 3’s;
  3. And work backwards.


There’s a trick to working in 3’s: splitting your vision into thirds guarantees completion (no one gives up at just 33%, and no one gives in with just 33% remaining).


Building pillars helps you define segments of your business that highlight your vision through multiple service offerings, all under one brand . And, once you begin to layer your pillars, you’ll maximize on multiple revenue streams by creating more products and services that can be established quickly.


With companies soaring through rebrands and M&A’s, clients won’t always remember the organization’s logo, motto, or slogan. But, they will remember YOU, the individual that created and delivered their solution. And this is why your brand identity is more than just your organization’s name; you need to know what makes you unforgettable, which isn’t tied to being an entrepreneur or a leader in a company.


It is equally important to build the foundation of your 3 internal pillars as well, because everything starts from the inside:


  1. Define your core values;
  2. Realize your purpose;
  3. And recognize who you choose to journey with and how your purpose and values align with theirs as well.


You owe it to yourself to follow your passion. It’s not always fear of the unknown or failure that may prevent you from embarking on a new path; it’s intuitively knowing that you will succeed, and the outcome will change who and where you are. Be ready for it.


Build your pillars. There’s no race to the finish line (and if you attempt this model, then that’s where you’ll start so you’ve already won!).
