We are committed to giving back to the community and are honored to support the missions of organizations that resonate for us personally. In 2025, Agilis Executive Consulting recently established a satellite office in London, and we have welcomed the opportunity to join the group of Women leading the important cause for the United Nations at UN Women UK. UN Women UK is the UK National Committee for UN Women, and an independent non-profit, non-governmental charity registered in the United Kingdom. They exist to take action on gender equality in the UK, while supporting the work of UN Women around the world. I look forward to connecting with and supporting this community of inspiring leaders in its mission: to ensure that all women and girls have access to safety, choice and a voice.
In support of Make-A-Wish® Canada, we are honored to represent one of the 100 diverse female leaders from across Canada as an inclusive 2026 Ambassador in helping Make A Wish raise $1 Million dollars. As a Women for Wishes participant, we join the campaign and worked to unite with women across Canada to acknowledge and celebrate granting wishes; together, creating life-changing moments for children with critical illnesses. In continued support of Make-A-Wish® Canada, we are honored to publish our Extra(ordinary) Executive articles that capture 20 inspirational leadership journeys into a book, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Make-A-Wish® Canada indefinitely.
As a former Leader for the Startup Canada™ Startup Women Program, we committed our time to mentor Canadian women business owners in Startup Canada's Startup Women program to give women entrepreneurs the building blocks they need to start and grow their business, and help coach them through their entrepreneurial journey. In addition, we continue to support Startup Canada's Global Pitch Competition annually as a Judge, helping determine the potential for Canadian businesses to scale globally.
As a former Board Director for Lean In Canada, and the former President of Lean In Calgary, we supported the Lean In organization's mission to help women achieve their ambitions; and create an equal world where all voices are heard; helping build opportunities for women leaders through the Women At Work Circles program who inspire growth, new perspectives and life lessons. We advocate for women to make their dreams a reality, while standing united for equality.
As a former speaker for the Work Wellness Institute™ in Canada, we supported their mission to positively impact workplace health practices by presenting on best practices, case studies, and relevant research in diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives toward mental health awareness and well-being.
