Reena Khullar, MCIPD, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an award winning Canadian entrepreneur and published author who has successfully launched and led consulting firms that support businesses with their workforce planning and organizational design strategies, while developing HR programs to complement their growth objectives. Reena holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management; a designated CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) in Canada; an SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Senior Certified Professional in the United States; and a Chartered CIPD in the United Kingdom.
Reena has participated in over 50 international speaking engagements since 2020, discussing the impact of storytelling, leadership, and personal branding. Most recently, Agilis Executive Consulting celebrated its win of the 2025 Canadian Choice Award™ for Consulting Services in Calgary, Alberta.

As an Executive Consultant with a background in Human Resources, Reena specializes in developing and implementing strategies unique to an organization’s corporate culture, providing a competitive advantage for its people, business and strategic success across the globe. In 2020 and during the midst of the pandemic, Reena launched Agilis Executive Consulting™ and its slogan "How Do you Measure Success?", and in under 1 year she led her firm to expand across 6 continents and 10 countries with a Storytelling strategy and exclusive article series “The Extra(ordinary) Executive: How Do You Measure Success?™”. These stories are now captured into a published book, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Make-A-Wish® Canada, indefinitely.
Reena has been nominated for an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award through the WOI Women of Influence™ organization for her innovation in launching a global consulting firm during the pandemic, inspiring leadership growth for clients around the world through her coaching advantage. In addition, she has also been nominated for a Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 award through the WXN Women’s Executive Network™ to recognize her drive to advance entrepreneurship opportunities for women in Canada through her dedication to executive leadership development.
In 2022, Reena became a Leader for the Startup Canada™ Startup Women Program to mentor Canadian women business owners. Designed for early stage entrepreneurs, Startup Canada's Startup Women program gave women entrepreneurs the building blocks they need to start and grow their business, with guidance from leaders to help coach them through their entrepreneurial journey. In addition, Reena supports Startup Canada's Global Pitch Competition annually as a Judge, supporting the panel to help determine the potential for Canadian businesses to scale globally.
In 2023, Reena was honored to represent one of the 100 diverse female leaders from across Canada as an inclusive Ambassador in helping Make-A-Wish® Canada raise $1 Million dollars. As a Women for Wishes participant, she joined the campaign and worked to unite with women across Canada to acknowledge and celebrate granting wishes; together, creating life-changing moments for children with critical illnesses. That same year, Reena joined the Lean In organization's Lean In Calgary Network as their President to advance the Lean In organization's mission to help women achieve their ambitions; and create an equal world where all voices are heard.
In 2024, Reena was called to join Lean In Canada's Board of Directors to support the advancement of networks across the country as liaison. And most recently in 2025, Reena is supporting the United Nations Association in Canada to engage in new initiatives, which includes helping restore hope and belief in a better future in alignment with the United Nations' principles.
Reena has been featured in Forbes™ through the Forbes Council™ to discuss her professional journey spanning 25 years, sharing the foundation to her entrepreneurial success.
