Reena Khullar is an Executive Consultant with a background in Human Resources leadership strategy and Professional Development for organizations across the globe. Reena has specialized in developing and implementing business strategies unique to an organization’s corporate culture, providing a competitive advantage for its people, business and strategic success. 

Reena holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management; a designated CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) in Canada; and an SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Senior Certified Professional in the United States. Over the course of her career, Reena has successfully launched and led consulting firms where she supported clients with their workforce planning and organizational design strategies, while developing HR programs to complement their growth objectives.

In 2020, and during the midst of the pandemic, Reena launched Agilis Executive Consulting in Calgary, Alberta; and in under 1 year she led the firm to success across 6 continents and 10 countries with her exclusive article series “The Extra(ordinary) Executive: How Do You Measure Success?™”. Thereafter, Reena established a niche in Brand Identity through her exclusive series “Beyond The Bio™”, which works with clients to discover their personal brand and define their purpose. 

In 2021, Reena was nominated for an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award through the WOI Women of Influence™ organization for her innovation in launching a global consulting firm during the pandemic, inspiring leadership growth for clients around the world through her coaching advantage.

In 2022, Reena was nominated for a Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 award through the WXN Women’s Executive Network™ to recognize her drive to advance entrepreneurship opportunities for women in Canada through her dedication to executive leadership development. 

In 2023, Reena joined the Lean In Organization's Lean In Canada's Calgary Network as their President to advance Sheryl Sandberg's mission to help women achieve their ambitions; and create an equal world where all voices are heard. 

In 2024, Reena was called to join Lean In Canada's Board of Directors to support the advancement of networks across the country as liaison.

"Stories are meant to be shared. I launched Agilis Executive Consulting on May 1, 2020 with the goal to connect people across the globe through storytelling. The collaboration was rewarding and resulted in the creation of The Extra(ordinary) Executive™ articles, Beyond The Bio™, and over 30 Speaking Engagements around the world. This incredible venture continues to offer infinite learning opportunities to support my commitment to professional development, for both myself and my clients. To celebrate these rewarding moments, I write - a lot! This drives creativity and challenges me to continuously innovate and build on ideas that expand learning opportunities for clients. I'm thrilled to continue the momentum through the Lean In Organization to help create  opportunities to build a community of women leaders who inspire growth, new perspectives and life lessons. I truly believe that together, women can make their dreams a reality, while standing united for equality."  

Reena has participated in international speaking engagements, including podcasts and leading webinars across the globe to discuss the impact of leadership and personal branding, and how a brand identity defines success when organizations are represented with authenticity through their people. Recently, Reena was featured in Forbes™ through the Forbes Council™ to discuss her professional journey spanning 20 years, sharing the foundation to her entrepreneurial success.  

Reena is a proud contributor to Forbes™ Magazine through the Forbes Council™, an invitation-only community for leading executive business and career coaches.  Forbes™ Councils provide exclusive opportunities to publish on Forbes.com, one of the best-known business authorities in the world.  She is also a member of the Harvard Business Review™ Advisory Council and provides research in shaping the content developed for publications on management and leadership. 

As a Member Leader for Forbes™ Council, Reena leads the discussion on Brand Identity and offer insights to Council members across the globe on discovering, building, maintaining and evolving their personal brands.  In addition, as an official member of the Forbes™ Coaches Council, Reena contributes to Forbes™ on topics related to entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and professional development; and is quoted periodically on the Forbes™ Expert Panel.

In support of  Make-A-Wish® Canada, Reena was honored to represent one of the 100 diverse female leaders from across Canada as an inclusive Ambassador in helping Make-A-Wish raise $1 Million dollars in 2023.  As a Women for Wishes participant, she joined the campaign and worked to unite with women across Canada to acknowledge and celebrate granting wishes; together, creating life-changing moments for children with critical illnesses.
