Recognizing the cultural differences when entering a global market, and the sequential effects of diverse perspectives in local economies, will help you design a sales strategy that connects a client's need to envision success with your ability to deliver.  This workshop will outline building an international market entry strategy and plan by developing key performance indicators to measure target markets, objectives, solutions, leadership, competition and cultural awareness.
